Dr. B. J. SchmittGeneral Manager
Dr. B. J. Schmitt is responsible for the strategic direction and operational performance of the company. With over 23 years of professional experience in the insurance industry having worked across a range of functions,and in leadership roles, Schmitt joined Greater House Tech Services in 2004 as Head of Brokerage before being appointed Head of Investments & Treasury in 2008. He was re-appointed Head of Brokerage in 2010 and then assumed the position of General Manager in 2018. Prior to joining Greater House Tech Services, he worked for a number of leading financial institutions including IAG and Lumley. Schmitt holds an MBA from Glamorgan University, UK.

Martin WartenMarketing Manager
Mr. Martin Warten is a strategic thinker, master communicator, consensus builder – leading the Marketing department of Greater House Tech Services as a Manager. Having more than 15 years of experience in UAE in the insurance sector, having scripted success stories in this short tenure with the insurance companies he has worked with, his efforts and contributions were instrumental in the upbringing of Greater House Tech Services.
Being extremely passionate, visionary and enterprising, Warten has successfully drafted strategical policies to manage the company's funds and controls Greater House Tech Services's Marketing to achieve measurable goals in a timely manner. His business acumen has helped Greater House Tech Services achieve the milestones, define new objectives effectively.

Tom GallaClaims Specialist
Tom is responsible for all non-life motor vehicle claims. Tom has 27 years insurance experience in claims, commercial brokering and underwriting with companies including Lumley.
